Rising Juniors and Seniors, Signing Your Contract Electronically
Your Housing and Dining Contract
The next step in the undergraduate room draw process is to sign your Housing and, if applicable, Dining Contract. You will be prompted to accept the contract that appears after you have selected and accepted your room and if applicable, your meal plan. Your Contract will be based on these selections. Students selecting a room in a substance free area will be required to accept the substance free agreement before being able to accept the room.
Contract Terms
The contract is for the entire academic year and is a binding agreement for that period of time. It will be based on your room selection and meal plan, if applicable. Terms and conditions of this contract are:
Sign Your Contract
To complete the room draw process your electronic signature signifying your acceptance of the contract is required.
Print Your Contract
You are encouraged to print your contract for your records.

You may view your contract at any time on the Undergraduate Room Draw Program.
