Your Housing and Dining Contract
The next step in the undergraduate room draw process is to sign your Housing and Dining Contract. You will be prompted to accept the contract that appears after you have selected and accepted your room and meal plan. The Housing and Dining Contract will be based on these selections. Students selecting a room in a substance free area will be required to accept the substance free agreement.

Contract Terms
The contract is a binding agreement for the entire academic year and includes your room, your selected meal plan and your college fee in accordance with all the contract terms and conditions of the Housing and Dining contract.

Sign Your Contract
To complete the room draw process your electronic signature signifying your acceptance of the contract is required.

Print Your Contract
You are encouraged to print your contract for your records.

You may view your contract at any time on the Undergraduate Room Draw Program.
