Undergraduate Room Draw Guide
Rising Sophomores, Selecting Your Meal Plan

After you have selected your room you will be required to select a dining plan for the next academic year. All residents of Residential Colleges are required to purchase a meal plan. You will be asked to make this selection from a drop down menu from the options articulated here.
Your Meal Plan Options
Rising Sophomores may choose an unlimited meal plan or one of two block plans. Block plans are flexible meal plans and are a good choice for those who choose to eat less than three meals daily on a regular basis. You can read more about meal plans on the Princeton University Dining Services website.
- Unlimited Plan
The Unlimited Plan permits unlimited access to residential dining halls plus 10 additional guest meals each semester. The Unlimited Plan allows for more than one entry during any meal period in the residential dining halls plus a single meal for each late meal period and Saturday breakfast at Frist Campus Center Food Gallery.
- Block 235
Block 235 allows 235 meal swipes per semester, or approximately 15 meals per week. Each semester 10 swipes may be used for guests. Block 235 meals reset at the beginning of the semester. No credit is given for unused meals.
- Block 190
Block 190 allows 190 meal swipes per semester, or approximately 13 meals per week. Each semester 10 swipes may be used for guests. Block 190 meals reset at the beginning of the semester. No credit is given for unused meals.
Meal Plan Contract Fees
Meal Plan annual fees for the next academic year are provided on the Dining Services website.
