Tom Myers manages the Frist Campus Center, Richardson Auditorium and the Office of University Scheduling, reporting to the Assistant Vice President of University Services. Director since 2003, Tom is responsible for the overall operation, planning, staffing and evaluation of the Frist Campus Center and works with students, faculty and staff to ensure Frist enhances the academic and educational mission of the University.

Tom directs the overall operation of Richardson Auditorium and ensures a high level of customer service and efficient and accurate provision of service to the University community.

Tom also manages University Scheduling, available to all members of the University community wishing to request space or needing assistance with event planning and support, to ensure a high level of satisfaction and customer service.

Emily is the Associate Director of University Scheduling/Resource25. She is responsible for managing the University Scheduling Office, an office that streamlines the event planning and space request process at Princeton University. Emily is also responsible for assuring the smooth and reliable operation of Resource 25, the principal system that is used to schedule classes, events and meetings held on campus. Additionally, she provides training and support to current and new users, and identifies new areas and operations that will benefit from Resource 25 and integrates these areas into the scheduling system.
