How can I contact a University Ticketing representative?
University Ticketing can be reached by phone at (609) 258-9220 or by email via utickets@princeton.edu. We will be happy to answer your questions.


What are the hours of the box offices?

  • University Ticketing Office at the Frist Campus Center:
    Open Monday – Friday, 12 noon to 6pm and two hours prior to ticketed events at the First Campus Center.

  • University Ticketing Office at Richardson Auditorium:
    Open two hours prior to ticketed events at Richardson Auditorium.

  • The Athletic Ticketing Office at Jadwin Gymnasium:
    Open Monday to Thursday 9am-4pm and Fridays from 9am-2pm.  The Athletic Ticket Office is also open one hour prior to the event at the venue.

  • Theatre Intime Ticket Office:
    Open one half hour prior to the performances at the Hamilton Murray Theatre.

  • Program in Theater and Dance Ticket Office:
    Open one half hour prior to the performances at the Matthews Acting Studio
    at 185 Nassau Street.

How can I select specific seats?
You can obtain specific seats when speaking to a ticket seller by phone or in person at our ticket offices. On our website, you are able to select the seating section.


What types of payment are accepted?
We accept MC, Visa, and American Express, as well as cash and checks made payable to Princeton University. Princeton University students may use the Passport to the Arts vouchers for selected performances.


Can I reserve tickets and pay later?
Unfortunately we cannot reserve ticket without payment. You must pay for your order at the time of the sale.


Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.


What should I do if I never received my tickets in the mail?
Please contact us at (609) 258-9220 and we will assist you.

Please contact us at (609) 258-9220 and we will assist you.


How can I ensure I am getting the best tickets?
Our ticket sellers are trained to offer you the best seating available based on your seating preferences. The website is also programmed to bring up the best available seats at the time of the sale.


Are children allowed at events?
Children are welcome at events. Some events may not be appropriate for all ages.
For Athletic events, children under 2 years old do not require tickets.
For all other events everyone must have a ticket.


Can I take pictures at events?
Photography is permitted at Athletic events only.


Is audio recording allowed?
Audio recording is not permitted at events.

Are you open over the summer?
The Athletic Ticketing Office remains open during the summer.
The University Ticketing Office is closed from mid-June through August.
