To provide the extended campus community quality and convenient services with multiple options to obtain access and admission to University events, while building an on-going and lasting relationship between our patrons and Princeton University.


1. Provide tickets for sale for all University events at multiple venues
on campus and on the Internet.

2. Utilize networked computer software system to print, sell, track and account for all tickets sold and unsold, and revenue generated.

3. Create a shared University database of all customers who purchase tickets and attend University events.

4. Utilize shared database to market upcoming University programs and events, promote the University and link to University development activities.

5. Collaborate with other ticketing offices on campus to ensure all ticketing processes, procedures, regulations and policies are consistent to provide the best ticketing services for patrons.
