Videoconference Rooms

There are 10 videoconferencing rooms available for use on campus: two in Robertson Hall (001 and 016, available only to WWS faculty, staff, and students), one in Wallace Hall 001, one at the Lewis Science Library 349, Whig Senate Chamber, 701 Carnegie, Icahn 101, McCosh 50, Taylor Auditorium, Jadwin A06. Please see their individual listings below for details on capacity, equipment and booking.

All rooms support Internet (IP) connections. There is an additional charge for telephone connected videoconferences, while Internet-based sessions have no associated connection fee. Telephone connections are required when it is the only method that the remote site supports. You will need to find out from the remote site which method is supported. Be aware that telephone videoconferences can become quite costly, so Internet connections are encouraged whenever possible.
