Online Language Placement Tests

Makeup online language placement tests in Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Spanish for the Class of 2013 will be available on Monday evening, September 14 from 5:30 - 10:30 p.m. Students must finish the tests by 10:30 p.m. The placement tests may be taken from any computer.
All students who plan to take introductory courses at Princeton in a language they have studied in high school must take a placement test in that language. Detailed information regarding the fulfillment of the University's foreign language requirement is available for download in PDF format.
To access any of the tests, please log onto Blackboard using your NetID and follow the instructions for enrolling in language placement tests.
