2009 Dates & Deadlines

The University requires you to complete several forms during the month of June in order to secure housing, comply with health regulations, and prepare to participate in University life.  Beginning June 3, you may access these online matriculation forms from this Class of 2013 website.  A few days prior to this date, you will receive in the mail information on setting up your network ID so that you can access these forms.

Before completing any other forms

Complete the Permanent Address Information form to provide the University with accurate contact information.

June 15 Students with a disability or some other special need that requires special accommodation should complete and return the Disabilities and Other Special Needs form to the Office of Disability Services.
June 15 University Grant Recipient Information form should be completed ONLY by undergraduates expecting to receive financial assistance through the University's financial aid office.

June 15

The Student Health Plan Waiver/Enrollment form must be completed and received by University Health Services.

June 19

Complete and submit the Housing/Dining/ Residential College Interest/Activity form. Room assignments cannot be made until all forms are received.

June 30 The Medical Information form must be completed and received by University Health Services.

June 30

If you wish to participate in intercollegiate athletics at Princeton, please read the section Eligibility Requirements for Intercollegiate Athletics.

Complete and submit either the Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) Program Form or the Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) Program Form. Your course choices are tentative and unofficial, and may be changed after consulting with your adviser in the fall.

After reading the online letter from the Honor Committee and the Constitution of the Honor System, complete and submit the Honor Code Compliance form. Your matriculation at Princeton is contingent upon your completion and submission of this form.

University Alcohol and Drug Policy Statement. After reading the Princeton University Alcohol and Drug Policy and the Alcohol and Drug Policy Statement, complete and submit the form. This required form indicates that you have read and understand the University's alcohol and drug policy.

Application deadline for the Community Action and Outdoor Action programs.

June 30

Final School Report. In order for you to matriculate at Princeton, print, complete and mail this form to the Admission Office. This form must bear the official seal of your school. Electronically submitted transcripts are not accepted.

June 30 Submit your photographs using the link provided and follow the instructions.

Mid-July

Booklet describing Freshman Seminars mailed to the Class of 2013.

July 24 All housing and dining contracts must be accepted.

Mid-August 

Application deadline for fall-term Freshman Seminars.

Entering students will receive a copy of a pamphlet "Alcohol & Other Drug Use (Princeton University Alcohol and Drug Policy)" and a copy of the University's booklet of regulations, "Rights, Rules, Responsibilities." Read them before you arrive on campus. Please bring the pamphlet and booklet with you to campus in September.

Mid-August

Payment of the University bill is due. In June, the Fees and Expenses Booklet will be mailed to your home and will also be available on the Student Accounts website. The online booklet contains required forms, online billing enrollment information, and the various payment options. 

August 17  AlcoholEdu for College is available online. The course has two sections, both of which must be completed. Part one must be completed by September 16.

Students who applied for a Freshman Seminar will be notified of their status by an e-mail to their Princeton address.
