Where to Get Tech Help
If you need help with your computer or campus computing resources, a number of technical support options available to you.
Residential Computing Consultants: Help in your room
Residential Computing Consultants (RCCs) are a support resource available to you in your residential college. RCCs are students who live in the dorms and can help with any problems you may have in setting up or using your computer on campus or using the University's telecommunications services.
The weekend you arrive on campus, RCCs will be stationed in your residential college to provide computing and technical support as part of the Move-In weekend, September 12-13. Be sure to look for them if you need help with your computer or have technology-related questions. Shortly after Move In, special RCC teams will also visit each room in the residential colleges and offer their technical assistance as part of the Dorm Storm outreach. You may also request RCC support by e-mail at any time throughout the academic year.
To find out who your resident RCCs are and how to contact them, or to find out which day RCC Dorm Storm is scheduled for your residential college, see www.princeton.edu/rcc.
