Your Princeton netID
Your passport to technology resources and support
Your Princeton University network identifier -- we call it your netID -- is your passport to technology resources and support at Princeton University.
Your Princeton netID was sent to you by postal mail on May 29, 2009. When you receive your netID, follow the instructions provided to activate your account and change your temporary password to a secure one. Once this important step is completed, you will have access to your Princeton e-mail account, the matriculation website and the University network and campus computer resources when you arrive on campus.
Please familiarize yourself with Princeton's IT use policies (www.princeton.edu/guidelines); your use of Princeton's technology resources must comply with these policies.
If you do not receive your netID mailing by Tuesday, June 9, please call the OIT Help Desk at 609-258-HELP (4357) or e-mail helpdesk@princeton.edu.
