Policies and Procedures
Some of the Whitman College public spaces are available for reservation by University-affiliated groups.
Please fill out the room reservation form to inquire about reservations and availability.
Specific policies and procedures for facilities are listed below.
Class of 1970 Theater
Groups or individuals wishing to use the theater and control booth for performances, and any lighting and sound equipment are required to meet with Chris Gorzelnik, Alexander Hall, Special Facilities, for operating instructions. They can be reached at elammer@princeton.edu and cgorzelin@princeton.edu. They must be contacted at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled reservation for training.
In addition to this training the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students now requires student organizations' production crew members and management staff to attend a series of technical theater training workshops. Information on this new policy and dates for training can be found at the ODUS website, www.princeton.edu/odus. This training is mandatory for all students who wish to work on any technical phases of a production, regardless of previous experience. Each student need only attend one three-hour workshop to be considered fully trained for the remainder of his or her time at Princeton.

Classroom and Seminar Room
The seminar room can be reserved through the Office of the Registrar (609) 258-3361. Faculty using the seminar room, G100c can contact Media Services, media@princeton.edu for training on the media equipment. Please contact them at least two weeks prior to using the room.
