Welcome to Whitman! I’m really excited about the times ahead in my second year as part of the Whitman community. I'm a PhD student in the Woodrow Wilson School working on climate change. I’m a bit of a mutt when it comes to my background – I grew up in Brussels, Belgium, born to Swedish and British parents. I did my undergrad in Chemistry and Law at the University of Bristol in the UK, before working for Greenpeace International in Amsterdam. We had a lot of fun with the Whitman community last year and I know it'll continue this year. I’ll be organizing open jam sessions in Whitman theater throughout the year. I’ll also be bringing in speakers on global environmental issues to chat with students, participating in French language tables, organizing trips to New York, and anything else that looks exciting or that you think would be a cool idea. My room is C313 in North Hall; feel free to pop by any time to hang out. I look forward to meeting everyone!
