Dear Wilsonites of the Class of 2016,

The members of the Wilson College staff are eagerly anticipating your arrival to campus, and looking forward to meeting you in person soon.  We know you are all excited to meet your roommates and to move into your room in Wilson.  The majority of you will be arriving for a pre-orientation program on September 1st; a few of you may have access to your room a couple of days earlier because of participation in other programs (such as Athletic preseason or International student pre-orientation); others won’t arrive until September 8th.   It is very important that all roommates are involved in the set up of the room, the claiming of beds, and the arrangement of furniture.  No students sharing a room may make permanent claim to a particular bed before September 1st.  However, if all roommates are present or allhave come to an agreement about sleeping and furniture arrangements by September 1st, you may begin setting things up before leaving for Outdoor Action or Community Action (if you are attending one of these programs).  It is very important to get off to a good start by involving everyone in rooming decisions!
