Curious about digital audio, but not ready for the investment required by programs like Pro Tools and Logic? J Street invites you to attend this upcoming introductory workshop exploring Reaper, one of the better kept secrets in audio software:
Get an introduction to this robust, yet affordable, digital audio workstation software used by professional musicians and radio producers. Workshop content will focus on radio production in conjunction with JRN 450. However the audio production and editing information will be relevant for a range of audio applications, including music and documentary film production. No prior audio production experience is required to attend.
Instructor: Kyle Hartzell is an audio recording professional and independent musician with over ten years of audio production experience in the mediums of radio, television, film, and music. A graduate of Ohio University's Media Arts program, Kyle currently imparts his audio expertise at the celebrated oral history archive StoryCorps.
