Hey Wilsonites,

 

Are you particularly passionate about ping pong?  Do you like having fun,  winning prizes and making new friends (or rivals)?  Do you want to be the next Wilson ping pong champion and have your name inscribed onto the Dodge Osborn Cup plaque?

 

We present to you the 2011 Dodge-Osborn Cup, the mother of all showdowns. This year, we are expanding the tournament to all of Wilson. Those of you who have chanced upon some of the ping pong encounters at Wilcox are familiar with the kinds of passion and euphoria that go into this beautiful game. Now is your chance to experience it all first hand, whether by participating or by attending the Final Showdown or any of the other matches.

 

If you are interested in participating, please email me (junhe@princeton.edu) as soon as possible. All participants must sign up through email by 5pm, Thursday, November 10th. I will send out rules, randomly generated group assignments along with contact information for other group members to all participants as soon as possible. You will have two or three weeks to schedule two matches with each of the other players in your group, and keep track of your win/loss record. The timeline for elimination rounds and the final four is TBA for the moment.

 

Nonparticipants are most welcome to come and witness the epicness that will unfold on the day of the Final Showdown.
