End of Term Advice About Take Home Exams
TAKE HOME EXAMS
The deadline for take-home exercises is Monday, May 21, 2012.
Extensions beyond this date are normally given only for "compelling circumstances beyond your control" (such as family or health emergencies) and must be approved by both the course instructor AND your residential college dean or director of studies before the deadline.
If despite your best efforts you cannot finish your work on time, see Dean Herschbach or Dr. Axcelson to discuss an official extension--before the deadline has passed. Deadlines cannot be altered after the fact. Without an authorized extension, a failing grade will be assigned to any work not completed by these deadlines. NOTE: These deadlines apply to ALL undergraduates in all courses – even those in graduate-level courses.
