Julie began her yoga journey with an affinity for the grace and flow of the physical practice that grew from her background in dance. But she quickly discovered that yoga found its way into all areas of her life; her practice on the mat brings energy and freedom into everything she does. Through yoga, Julie finds herself more at ease in sprit, at home in her body, and grounded in everyday life. Julie completed a 200-hour RYT program with Linda Domino and Ayami Yamamichi and teaches regularly at YogaSoul in Princeton Junction. She teaches a strong and balanced practice, marked by both focused guidance and life-giving space. Julie aims to encourage her students to get deeper into what their bodies and minds are calling for as they breathe and flow.
