Each year we offer a variety of Yoga and Meditation classes.
Fall Semester 2014:
What: Meditation (6:00 - 7:00 pm)
Yoga for Strength and Relaxation (7:30-9:00 pm)
When: Wednesdays, starting September 24
Where: Wilson College Dance Studio
