Yoga and Meditation at Wilson!
Each year we offer a variety of Yoga and Meditation classes such as Kundalini Yoga, Zen Meditation, Beginner Yoga, Group Practice and Community Yoga.
Spring Semester 2014:
What: Beginner's Yoga (5:00 - 6:30 pm)
Yoga for Strength and Flexibility (7:30-9:00 pm)
When: Wednesdays, starting September 18 until the end of the academic year.
Where: Wilson College Dance Studio
