After-school programs for youth: Tutoring, Mentoring, Boxing, and more.
Time: TBD based on student interest. Likely 3:45 to 5:45pm, travel incl., carpooled.

Mentoring at Trenton Central High
Serve as a one-on-one mentor to a HS junior or senior, helping the student explore college and career opportunities, get into college, and develop their communication, critical thinking, planning, and social capital skills. One-year commitment required.
Time: Tu, W, Th, 2:30-4:30, incl. travel, carpooled. You commit to one slot a week to meet your mentee (TBD each semester), plus exchange at least one e-mail per week.

Prison Teaching
Teach young male and/or female inmates English and/or math. Coordinated by Pace Center. http://www.princeton.edu/pace/home/programs/prisonereducation/
Time: About 5 hours per class incl. travel, your car or a P.U. car. Minimum of 4 classes a term.

Public Service Auction
Plan December 13th to support the Greater Donnelly Initiative. This big event is the main source of funding for a very grassroots, volunteer-driven, community organization in a dramatically underserved neighborhood in Trenton.
Time: Varies, and is flexible!

Translating, University Medical Center at Princeton
Help majority-Latino patients speak with medical staff.
Full fluency required. They offer orientation incl. protocol and vocabulary.
Time: 9am-12pm, 1:30-5pm daily. You must commit to one slot a week. You can split a slot with another volunteer if desired.
