I. Coquito (Puerto Rican Christmas Drink)
Supplies
1. empty liquor bottles with screw-on tops (suggestion, have a party weeks
before you prepare this drink ;)
2. funnel to pour the liquid in the bottles
Ingredients (for one batch. Suggestion, make multiple batches)
1. 1 cup of Cocolope (Cream of Coconut)
2. 2 cups evaporated milk (canned product)
3. 1 cup condensed milk
4. 2 cups of white rum (tastes absolutely sublime with white Don Q rum, but any
will do)
5. 2 teaspoons or less of cinnamon.
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients--except the rum--in a large saucepan at low heat until
it is all well mixed and warm. Add the rum at the end so that it does not
evaporate. Wait until it cools down before pouring in bottle. Stick in the
fridge for one or two days before serving. Serve cold in small glasses-–potent
drink!

This restaurant has good Puerto Rican food at a reasonable prince. They
