Trevor Tahiem Smith, Jr., also known as Busta Rhymes (born May 20, 1972),[2] is an American songwriter, producer and actor. Chuck D of Public Enemy gave him the alias Busta Rhymes (from former NFL wide receiver George "Buster" Rhymes).


Early life

Busta was born in Redhook, Brooklyn, New York, to Jamaican parents Geraldine Green and Trevor Smith.[3][4][5][6]
