Kiowa County is a county located in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. As of 2000, the population was 10,227. Its county seat is Hobart[1].

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,031 square miles (2,669 km²). 2,628 km² (1,015 mi) of it is land and 16 square miles (42 km²) of it (1.56%) is water.
