McIntosh County is a county located in the U.S. state of North Dakota. As of 2000, the population was 3,390. Its county seat is Ashley.[1]



According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 995 square miles (2,577 km²), of which, 975 square miles (2,526 km²) of it is land and 20 square miles (51 km²) of it (1.99%) is water.
