Pennville is a town in Penn Township, Jay County, Indiana, United States. The population was 706 at the 2000 census.



Pennville is located at 40°29′36″N 85°8′51″W / 40.49333°N 85.1475°W / 40.49333; -85.1475 (40.493323, -85.147414)[3], along the Salamonie River.[4]

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.4 square miles (1.0 km2), all of it land.
