Tattnall County is a county located in the U.S. state of Georgia. As of 2000, the population was 64,444. The 2007 Census Estimate showed a population of 23,179.[1] The county seat is Reidsville.[2]

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 488 square miles (1,264 km²), of which 484 square miles (1,253 km²) is land and 5 square miles (12 km²) (0.93%) is water.
