Winnebago County is a county in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of 2000, the population was 156,763. Its county seat is Oshkosh[1]. Winnebago County is included in the Oshkosh, Wisconsin-Neenah, Wisconsin, Metropolitan Statistical Area.
