Princeton Construction Site
This site details research on the learning, processing and representation of linguistic form-function pairings known as constructions.
We ask how constructions are learned and processed, what the relationship is between constructional use and other general cognitive processes (such as categorization), and how a constructionist approach to language can shed light on questions relating to linguistic productivity and cross-linguistic generalizations.
