Quiet please ... this is a study area!

I work at Princeton University as a Sci-Tech/Social Science Cataloger, cataloging Romance-language (mostly Italian) monographs. I also serve on the Technical Services Department workstation committee, which was set up to ensure that our staff uses their online resources as effectively as possible. My area of specialization on this committee is email training, and for that reason, I'm also on the library-wide Email Training Committee.
