The YWCA Princeton Tiger Camp 2001
Reunions June 1-2

Tiger Camp ’01 welcomes children 3 months to 13 years of age to our reunions child care program, where the emphasis is on safety, fun, enrichment, and memorable experiences while their parents are enjoying the reunion festivities. Campers will be organized by age at three on-campus sites, where they will be supervised by experienced childcare providers, most of them care-givers at the YWCA Princeton childcare sites. Over one-third of the Tiger Camp staff is CPR and First Aid trained. Campers will beentertained throughout the weekend with games, movies, a story-teller, a magician, arts and crafts, carnival fun, computers, science and nature projects. Parents are welcome to drop in at any time to join the activities and/or visit with their children. Parents can take their child(ren) out of Tiger Camp at any time, but for safety reasons they MUST sign them in and out.

Healthy snacks will be provided throughout the program, and lunch and dinner served on Friday, as well as dinner Saturday. Parents are free to bring alternative meals for their children.

Parents will be asked to include any special needs or allergy information about their child(ren) on the registration form, and are welcome to drop in to the program to administer any necessary medication. The YWCA Princeton Tiger Camp will NOT administer any medication to campers.

Tiger Camp 2001 Hours

Friday: 12 p.m. to 12 midnight (includes carnival, lunch and dinner)

Saturday: 5 p.m. to 12 midnight (includes dinner)

Infants and up to 36 months will enjoy a spacious and comfortable setting with padded floors for your toddlers. Tiger Camp will provide cribs, high chairs, rocking chairs and toys, though parents should bring along a favorite toy, blanket, or comforting item for their child. Parents are responsible for diapers, wet wipes, an extra change of clothing, and baby food forinfants, with instructions on feeding habits and times. Finger food and healthy snacks will be provided for the older toddlers.

Because of the 3 to 1 staff ratio for this age group and the equipment involved, enrollment is limited and on a first-come first-served basis, so parents should register as soon as possible.

3’s to 5’s (Pre-schoolers) will be in a similar comfortable setting where they will be entertained with musical games, messy play, movies, outdoor play, a storyteller, arts and crafts, and carnival fun outside on Friday afternoon. Parents should be sure to bring a favorite stuffed animal or blanket and a change of clothes.

Kindergarten and up will be in an spacious area where there will be room for large group games and areas set up for crafts, board games and other activities, and movies. Weather permitting these groups will also enjoy some outside games in addition to the carnival on Friday afternoon.

The cost of Tiger Camp 2001 is as follows:

1. The entire program (Friday 12 p.m. to midnight, including lunch and dinner, the carnival + Saturday 5 p.m. to midnight, dinner included) - $130.00 per child (Walk-in fee is $20 per family.)

OR

2.Friday eve. only or Saturday eve. only (5 p.m. to midnight, dinner included) - $60.00 per child (walk-in cost: $10/family per night.)
