I am a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Princeton University since September 2010. I work in the EDGE Lab with Prof. Mung Chiang,
and also collaborate with Prof. Jennifer Rexford.
My research interests include modeling, analyzing, and designing algorithms and protocols for wireless cellular and sensor networks, as well as in the emerging areas of wireless multimedia delivery, cloud
computing, and data centers. I am also interested in building deployable and scalable architecture and networked systems.
I got my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering working with Prof. Bhaskar Krishnamachari in the Autonomous Networks Research Group at the University of Southern California in August 2010. My dissertation research was focused on design and analysis of algorithms for multi-channel scheduling, routing topology construction, and power control for fast data collection in sensor networks. Earlier I had obtained an M.E. in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and a B.S. in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
