- The DTC September
2003 web pages. These are web pages of the email
group of people DTC (dossier-to-China) in September 2003. Most
of us will get our referrals at the same time, but check out
our referral
pages, as some referrals have already come in (these are folks
who have been expedited for one reason or another)!!! Check out
my page of abbreviation explanations for
definitions for all of those acronyms -- as with everything there
is a whole set of adoption
terminology.

Recently added is the packing list that I'm working on -- right
now it is just a brain dump and conglomeration of others' packing
lists, but I'll massage it as the time approaches.

trip was like. If you want something a bit shorter and with
fewer words, the two
sample adoption videos on this site are amazing.
- HAPS -- my homestudy and adoption agency.
- APC -- "adoptive-parents-china" is
a yahoogroup for adoptive and prospective adoptive parents of
children from China.
It is a high volume list,
but worth a look now and again, the photo changes daily (for me,
it is thrilling to read the spree of referral announcements that
come once a month).

Referrals are fast approaching! Just last week, referrals came
out for people who were DTC in June 2003 and through July 20th
2003. July 20th is awfully close to my DTC date of September 9th!
My referral
will probably not come in the next batch, but in the batch after
that. Hopefully May, but maybe June -- and travel a month later.

I've found out that I'm officially DTC (dossier-to-China). My dossier
was logged into the CCAA on 9/9/2003. |

Its not adoption related, but pictures
of my new doggy are available.
She is a 2 1/2 year old English Setter name Bailey. Her favorite,
and only, past time is running giant circles in the backyard.
