CONTENT: This package contains the numerical code used in the paper. Implemented in MATLAB (the main function is also available in Python). The source code and data are available below.
Version 0.1: (October 2007) Initial release. The code also contains a simple Python function to compute a full path of good approximate solutions to the sparse PCA problem given a data matrix.
