About me: As a land cover scientist, I am interested in how terrestrial ecosystems respond to land use and anthropogenic climate change. I use tools including remote sensing and geospatial analysis to identify drivers of land cover change and model risk based on land use and future climate scenarios.

What's new: Our recent modeling work on invasive plants in the western U.S. suggests that climate change may create large-scale restoration opportunities because some invasive plants will become less viable. Read the paper and check out the press release.
