Cluster for Research on Complex Computations (CROCCO) - a 128 node dual
Xeon (256 processor) Myrinet cluster
- Computational Chemistry machine, cadillac, a 32 node dual Xeon processor
cluster.
- Atlas
- an 86 node Dell cluster owned by the Chemical
Engineering Department (Chris Floudas)
- Hydra - a 92 node dual Xeon cluster owned by the Astrophysics
Department
- Joshy - an 9 node dual Opteron
cluster owned by MAE (Clancy Rowley)
- Sampo - a 16 node dual Intel
cluster owned by MAE (Mikko Haataja & davbid Srolovitz)
- Eyring - a 75 node dual
Opteron cluster + 2 quad nodes owned by the Chemistry Department.
- The Princeton TIGRESS
facility with a 384 node/768 core Dell Intel cluster
(della), a 192 node/768 core Dell Intel cluster with Infiniband (woodhen),
an IBM BlueGene with 2048 CPUs, 1 rack (orangena),
a 96 node/768 core SGI ICE cluster (artemis),
an SGI Altix SMP with 192 Itanium CPUs and 1 TB of memory (hecate),
and PVFS2, GPFS, and Lustre parallel filesystems.
Some of the departments I work with include: Mechanical and Aerospace
Engineering, Computational Chemistry, Astrophysics, Geophysics, Applied and
Computational Mathematics, Genomics, Chemical Engineering, Civil and
Environmental Engineering, Physics, Plasma Physics Lab, Gas and Fluid
Dynamics Lab, Molecular Biology, Financial Engineering, Economics,
and Cognitive Sciences.
