NOTES

* The empty cider bottle was donated by The Secretary General, Mr. A.
Murat Fiskiran.  In accordance with the guidelines of the Graduate
School, the cider was nonalcoholic.

** Since the officers of the club didn't have any use for an empty
cider bottle, The Secretary General, Mr. A. Murat Fiskiran, was
directed to dispose of it.


ACTIVITIES DURING 2002-2003

The GC"S"BCPU held only one business meeting during 2002-2003, during
which a resolution was passed.  The minutes of the meeting have been
appended to this report.
