Summer Breakfasts

Summer Tea existed in the days of Steve. The end of the academic year brought an end not only to breakfast in Procter Hall, but also to the weekday teas held in the Department of Mathematics. The Breakfast Club would meet for summer teas thrice a week in Steve's office in Fine Hall.

Summer Breakfast began with the acquisition of some eggs from 2D, the vegetarian co-op, at semester's end -- thanks, Fiona and 2D! A breakfast to enjoy afore-mentioned eggs was successful... Summer Breakfast became a regular event! Summer breakfasts are currently held every Thursday at 7:30am, in the NGC kitchen / common room. Preparation and costs are rotated amongst breakfasters; non-regular attendees can opt to either prepare a week or contribute to the cost of whichever breakfasts they attend. In order to prepare the appropriate amount of food, RSVPs are required -- email brkfast@ if you'd like to attend.
