Conference Sponsorship

A portion of transportation costs will be reimbursed for those presenting papers at the conference. Conference organizers will contact presenters regarding reimbursement procedures. We also intend to provide some transportation funding for graduate students who would like to attend the conference but are not presenting papers. The number of non-presenters that we can fund will be determined as our budget is finalized, and individual funding amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the deadline to submit the online funding application for non-presenters is March 21.
