We also have a Butler Forum (on the bulletin board) to communicate with the Butler Committee and the rest of the community. Check out the notices while you are doing your laundry! In order to ensure that this space continues to be a clean and pleasant one, please: In addition to putting a note on a broken machine, report it to ButlerLaundry (at) princeton [dot] edu. Be considerate. You must give first priority to academic work. See § 26 of CIT's Access and Reasonable Performance: "You must be sensitive to special need for software and services available in only one location, and cede place to those whose work requires the special items."
Be aware that the computer room is equipped with alarms, and these can be sensitive at times. Some residents have found that sliding a chair across the floor roughly may trip the alarm. The windows are also alarmed.

There is an organic community garden - with 24 full plots - at the east end of the complex for use by residents. There are two composters available for the residents to use: one on the patio outside of community room; the other outside south fence of the garden. For more information on the garden and for tips on composting, see the gardening page.
