Bronwyn (community room): Capoiera key - refer to Olivia Shuttle Stop: They are supposed to pull up far enough on King St. to get around. David reported talking to a bus driver who said it's not possible to pull up the bus far enough for people to get around, so she parks on Butler Ave. Bronwyn confirmed that she can drive her minivan around the bus when it is pulled up far enough on King St. Jeff: "Email transportation@princeton.edu", include date, time and any other pertinent information.

Chin (Social Chair): No event this month. Wine and Cheese next month (November). Chin will get a tenative date to Bronwyn. Likely 1st or 2nd Thursday to avoid Thanksgiving conflicts. There will be alcohol, so we need to register with the Dean, and have Olivia present. Dante will apply for funds from the events board. Budget: $400. Expected cosponsor: $300. Total: $700. Thanks to everyone who helped make the fall welcome a success.

Nancy: Bench is bolted down. Dwight said he would move it, but hasn't. Nancy will talk to Olivia.

Laura: Can we get a change machine in the laundry room? Jeff: "Short answer: No." Long answer: University is concerned about security; this has come up before many times; only housing community successful at it has been GC, who bought the machine themselves.

Anna (Dolly Coordinator): Not much activity. Housing needs a PDF copy of Bugle with codes to give to new move-ins.

Patrick (Treasurer): Overview of the budget. Committee has $1485 to spend, minus outstanding receipts (~$200) Problem with cable sticking out into sidewalk. Will call 8-8000.
