Fall 2009 (September 13-January 27)

SUNDAY 7-8:30 PM:

Iyengar style classes taught by David Thurn. The emphasis of this class is on precision and alignment to deepen your experience of your poses and practice; each class also includes some standing/flowing work. This class is open to all levels of experience.

TUESDAY 7:30-9 PM:

Active vinyasa-style class taught by Shivani Rabb. Challenging and very active, flowing sequences are combined with attention to alignment, detail and balance. Open to all levels of experience.

WEDNESDAY 7:30-9 PM:

Vinyasa-style classes taught by Jimmy Richardson. Each class incorporates attention to alignment, building upper body and core strength, and active, flowing sequences. Open to all levels of experience.
