As of September 2009: The mission of Princeton University's Chicano Caucus is to provide social and academic support to undergraduate students of Latino heritage. Originally organized around students of Mexican-American descent, the Caucus has broadened its membership as the Latino student population became more diverse and welcomes members from all national orgins and racial groups to include the full range of voices and experiences represented on campus. |

Whether through holiday celebrations, study breaks, social gatherings,
or e-mail communication, the organization strives to promote
positive academic outcomes and social integration with the
broader Princeton community. The Caucus seeks to expand upon its traditional role as an undergraduate social network by reaching out to faculty, graduate students, and alumni to participate in improving the quality of student life for Princeton's Latino undergraduates. |
