Lodging at Princeton University

Guests of the PEC 2006 conference will be housed in Scully Hall, a modern air-conditioned residence hall on the Princeton University campus. Fresh sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided, and meeting facilities are less than a one minute walk through campus from the dormitory. Rates are $41.00 (single with semi-private bath) or $36.00 per person (multiple with semi-private bath) per night. Reservations may be made directly with Princeton University’s Conference and Event Services via the reservation form.

Guests should be aware that Scully is a college dormitory and while clean and comfortable, the facility should not be compared to hotels or apartment buildings. The office of Conference & Event Services is supporting this event and will be available to help make your Princeton experience as productive and enjoyable as possible.

Payment

Reservations can not be confirmed until full payment is received accompanied by a completed registration form. Payment may be made by check, Visa or MasterCard. Checks should be made payable to Princeton University and drawn on a US bank account. Checks must be mailed with the reservation form in the same envelope. Princeton University charges $30 for all returned checks.

Confirmations

Once the reservation form is received with full payment, a confirmation letter will be sent with specific check-in information.

Cancellations

If cancellation is received, in writing, by Princeton University’s Conference Services Office before June 8, 2006, the prepayment, less a $25 administrative fee will be refunded. Any cancellations received after June 8, 2006 are unfortunately not eligible for any refund as housing guarantees are not adjustable after this date.
