Wen yuan ge si ku qua shu dian zi ban 文淵閣四庫全書電子版 (The Electronic Edition of the Complete Collection of the Four Treasuries -
Based on the Wenyuan Pavilion Copy): The electronic library has been published in CD-ROM form by the Digital Heritage Publishing of Hong Kong 迪志文化出版有限公司 in 1999.

Si ku quan shu cun mu cong shu 四庫全書存目叢書 (Collectanea of works with an account in the SKQS project catalog but
not preserved in the imperial collection). This adds 4508 works collected into 1200 vols. (ce, 冊), which supplement the entire SKQS collection (3461 works in 70,309 juan 卷).
Compiled in Peking by Ji Xianlin 季羨林 and others. Published by Qi lu shu she 齊魯書社, 1994-97.

Xu xiu si ku quan shu 續修四庫全書 (Continuation to
the SKQS), compiled by Gu Tinglong 顧廷龍 and others. This is another
project initiated in China in 1994 by the Shanghai Gu ji chu ban she and
published as a collectanea works that appeared during the Qing dynasty
after the SKQS was compiled.

Wen jin ge si ku quan shu: qing shi zi liao hui kan 文津閣四庫全書·清史資料匯刊 (Selected Works from Wenjin Pavilion Copy of the Four Treasuries as Sources for Qing History Project): Published by the Commercial Press 商務印書館 of Beijing as a part of Qing History Project 清史工程 in 2005.
It contains over 240 works in 125 vols. with over 10,000 juan.
Si ku xi lie cong shu mu lu & suo yin 四庫系列叢書目錄·索引 (Contents and Index of Book Series under the Four Treasuries): Edited by Department of Ancient Chinese Books of Fudan University Library,

Si bu bei yao 四部備要: Si bu bei yao was compiled by the famous publisher, Lufei Kui 陸費逵 (1886-1941), who was the founder
of Zhonghua Book Company. It included 351 works, and was published from 1924 to 1931 by Zhonghua Book Company.
