PRENTICE LIBRARY
Prentice is a non-circulating reference library used by faculty
and students of the Department of Classics and related programs. Please
do
not remove books from this room. Exept for an occasional meeting,
the room is available throughout the day and evenings, seven days a
week, for reading and consultation. It is expected that Firestone
Library will remain the primary study space for all graduate and undergraduate
students; Prentice is a supplementary resource and should be
treated as such.
Rules and Regulations
- No
food or drink will be allowed except during department-sponsored
social events.
- Books
must not be removed from the library and all books should be returned
to the shelves after use.
- Prentice
should be used as a supplementary resource only, both with regard
to books and computer facilities.
Prentice Computers
The computers in Prentice are also meant as a supplementary
resource and should not be used as workstations. Printing from laptop
computers should not be done from the machines in Prentice Library.
Personal or special project files should never be saved onto the hard
drives.
