Technology in Classics - Overview

The Department of Classics hosts two computers in Prentice Library for our students use. Currently these computers consist of two 2.66GHz 20" Intel-based iMacs running the latest version of OS X (Leopard 10.5.7 as of this writing). Applications on these computers include (but are not limited to):

Support and maintenance of these computers is provided by the department. Please see Donna for any assistance with these tools.

Greek Fonts

The department has standardized on GreekKeys and the New Athena Unicode, a freeware multilingual font distributed by the American Philological Association. For more details, please refer to Greek Fonts link located in the sidebar.
