Previous vote is the vote totals from the last presidential election (e.g., the election of 1952 is the
previous vote for both the midterm elections of 1954 and the presidential election of 1956).

astate = state code (alphabetical by full name)
istate = state code (ICPSR)
cd = congressional district number
nseats = number of seats in district (should be 1 except in at-large districts)
nraces = number of races in district (should be 1)
seatno = If multiple seats, the index for the vote totals (should be 1)
curdvtp = Vote for the Democratic presidential candidate in the current election
currvtp = Vote for the Republican presidential candidate in the current election
currvtp = Vote for the Other-Party presidential candidate in the current election
curtvtp = Total Vote for presidential candidates in the current election
prvdvtp = Vote for the Democratic presidential candidate in the previous election
prvrvtp = Vote for the Republican presidential candidate in the previous election
prvrvtp = Vote for the Other-Party presidential candidate in the previous election
