Printing Slides from Powerpoint
The Page Setup dialog in Powerpoint 2003 for Windows.

Pages which feature multiple slides per page are termed “Handouts” by Powerpoint. You may wish to first set the Handout orientation by using the Page Setup command under the File menu. In this example, we wish to handouts to be oriented horizontally.

The Print dialog allows you to choose Handouts as what to print.

Then, select the Print command. Under “Print What,” choose to print handouts. Finally, you can specifiy the number of slides per page as well as the layout of the slides on the page. In this example, we have chosen to print six slides per page. With duplexing, this brings the total to twelve slides on one sheet of paper.
