Sight Translation: Criticism of Iran サイトラ：イラン非難

I do sight translation (interpreting on the spot without any preparation in advance), consecutive interpretation (interpretation after each utterance), or simultaneous interpretation of the news every morning to keep up with current events and warm-up for work. Tokyo Broadcasting Service, Inc. (TBS) provides video on their website along with scripts for some of them. Unfortunately, they don't archive their pages, so I've put the script of a news story from today below. Use the glossary provided to do sight translation.

濃縮停止を、英独仏がイラン非難決議案

１３日からのＩＡＥＡ＝国際原子力機関の定例理事会で、イギリス、ドイツ、フランスのヨーロッパ３ヶ国がイランに対し、次の１１月の理事会までにウラン濃縮関連活動の全面停止を要求することで合意したことがわかりました。これはＡＰ通信が伝えたもので、ヨーロッパ３ヶ国が合意した非難決議案では１１月２５日から開催予定の次の理事会までにイランが応じなかった場合、「さらなる措置を取る」と言明しているということです。 　

また、アメリカのボルトン国務次官は訪問中のイスラエルで、「イランが核開発を断念しない場合には、国連による経済制裁など、あらゆる選択肢がある」と述べました。こうした中、イラン政府はウラン濃縮関連作業の停止について、「現段階では受け入れてはいない」とした上で、「ＩＡＥＡの追加議定書の枠内で核兵器を開発しないと保証する用意がある」と強調しました。（13日 2:34）
