Winter Edition 2005 -- How do people move?

how do people move, how are people moved, what moves people to action?

movement spins questions. questions i'd like to spin into a winter edition of Perspectives to come out with the Winter Arts Festival on Dec. 14th, spun out of your thoughts, from one sentence to a thousand words. essays, poems, drawings, photographs... please submit them, you're a creative and well-traveled crowd.

you can check out this website from time to time. it'll be updated in the foreseeable future.

cheers,
ania

how does the girl express her life in a single dance?
how does the wise man climb the mountain to deliver his cant?

how did the takeoff move you out of space and time?
how did foreign throngs move your impressible mind?
how did you move back through passport control
as others were moving with just one suitcase into a new life in a new world?

how do you and i move when the lights are low and the music is loud?
when the lights are low
how do you move during the cello solo?
how does my friend catch on to the ways of this town?
how does your friend move so gracefully against any crowd?

how are you moved by the lyrics of the song
that go on and on
about that war in vietnam?
are you moved the same way about the war today?
what about those who nature flogged
how will they move to run away?
