ELE 201: Information Signals - Problem Sets

Students may discuss homework problems and ideas together in small groups, but solutions must be written individually. Do now show solutions to one another.

Homework assignments are due weekly on Fridays. There is a box in the lab where they must be deposited by midnight.

Late assignments will be deducted 20% for Saturday submissions or 40% for Sunday submissions. No credit will be given after the solutions are posted on Monday. Please write the day that the assignment was handed in if it is late.

The lowest homework score will be dropped from the final grade. This is meant to accomodate any scheduling conflicts or circumstances that a student might have.

Problem Set 1 is due Feb. 10.
Problem Set 2 is due Feb. 17.
Problem Set 3 is due Feb. 24.
Problem Set 4 is due March 3.
Problem Set 5 is due March 10.
Problem Set 6 is not to be handed in.
Problem Set 7 is due March 31.
Problem Set 8 is due April 7.
Problem Set 9 is due April 14.
Problem Set 10 is due April 21.
Problem Set 11 is due April 28.
Problem Set 12 is due May 5.
